This site is operated by Life Own Property Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. Our registration number and contact details appear at the foot of this page.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use this site. By using it, you confirm that you are.

This site is an information and introduction platform. It lets you browse properties we have curated, save properties, ask us to find a property, and — if you are a landlord or agent — submit a property for us to consider listing.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for the sale or letting of any property is formed through this site.

Property details on this site are provided for general information. While we take care in curating listings, we do not warrant that any description, price, measurement, photograph, availability, or other detail is accurate, complete, or current. Properties may be withdrawn, sold, or let at any time, and prices may change without notice.

Photographs, renders, and videos are illustrative and may not depict the actual property or its current condition. Measurements and land sizes are approximate.

You should not rely on anything on this site when deciding whether to buy or rent. Carry out your own inspection, and obtain your own legal, title, survey, financial, and tax advice before committing to any transaction.

If you submit a property to us, you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the property or are authorised to market it.
• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
• You own or have the rights to the photographs, video, and other material you upload, and their use by us will not infringe anyone else's rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and display the material you submit for the purpose of marketing the property on this site and our related channels.

Submitting a property does not oblige us to list it. We review submissions and may decline, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.

We sign you in using a one-time link sent to your email address rather than a password. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
• Submit false, fake, or duplicate property listings, or impersonate any person.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or listings from the site, or use automated means to access it, without our written permission.
• Interfere with the site's operation or security, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its underlying systems.
• Upload anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing, or anything containing malicious code.
• Use contact details obtained from the site to send unsolicited communications.

The site and its content — including its text, design, layout, branding, and logos — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

The site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.
